COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the A. O. Smith 7-1816670J parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Bodine products, including obsoleted and phased-out Atlas-Copco parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Electro-Craft product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Bodine such as the 48R6BFPPF3 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 4230190280BSM2590R25 manufactured by Atlas-Copco and we are pleased to be able to service most Atlas-Copco systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 528015REVB by Manufacturer Electro-Craft as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Dayton Brand 5KK05 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Lincoln such as 5HP3PH equipment made by Lincoln have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Lincoln products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Lincoln" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 637296841 made by Magnetek as well as the popular 42A5BEPME3 original spares produced by Bodine Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 606MONCMXS by Parker and 5HP3PH spares by Lincoln are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 5KC49ZN2539AY Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Marathon. |
